starcat started DJing in San Francisco and from 2015-2017, had residencies at The Basement and Q Bar, where she co-managed weekly parties Studio 222 and TURNT, respectively. She’s also graced the decks at Social AM Private Afterhours, the EndUp, Love + Propaganda, The Cellar, Wish Bar & Lounge, Mars Bar, and Hawthorn.

In 2018, StarCat and a partner co-founded the record label Vudeux Records, and moved to Los Angeles and started monthly events Protocol at Pattern Bar, Industry and Techno Tuesday at the Lash into 2019.

during 2020, StarCat was busy playing various outdoor renegade desert, yacht, and beach parties with Social Desert, Jupiter Ascending, Poler Nights, and Poolside Records, and Djs in the Desert, members only parties with Beat Farm Co+Op, and monthly viv vitals hosted Vitalitty Parties with Club Maverick on Twitch.

In 2021, starcat joined friend dj miss Monday and emcee stevie nicole to form BBK, a live act with starcat and miss Monday djing b2b and stevie nicole on the mic. the group made their debut at social desert X. Later, she partnered with friend DJ twee and created immortal Wednesday at pattern bar in dtla, and House music wednesdays, a silent disco party at Sunset rooftop in Hollywood. since, she had the honor of djing at the iconic viper room and at the grand opening of la jungle with DJ Twee in hollywood.

in 2022, starcat left los angeles and took a brief hiatus from djing. she now resides in joshua tree and plays a monthly at Mas o menos with her DUB CLUB collective,and djs various parties and venues including tiny pony, snakebite roadhouse, and the joshua tree ecstatic dance.

StarCat also curates playlists for Heavy Hits record pool. She loves all genres of music and her style has been described as space-age eclectic. She specializes in all flavors of house - with a love for deep, bass, and tech house. She also loves to play techno, reggae, dub, psych rock, and punk.
